Shipping policy

Please keep in mind that as a newborn brand we are very conscious about sustainability and reducing waste as much as possible, we work in print on demand, this may result in some cases in a slightly longer wait than normal, we ask you to be patient. We are confident that the wait will be rewarded by your satisfaction when the product arrives.

As soon as you make your purchase, you will receive a confirmation email, and our team will get to work on getting your order to you as soon as possible. If after the time listed below for each country you have not received your order, please contact us indicating your order number and we will review your order history to find a solution as soon as possible, mistakes can happen. You will receive an e-mail with the tracking of your order from our courier, so you can be aware of the status of your shipment at any time.
NLS will not be responsible for delivery errors caused when the delivery address you enter on the order form does not match reality or when some information has been omitted.

International shipments:
If your order is addressed to a country outside the European Union, it may be subject to pay fees, taxes or other charges due to local or customs laws. NLS takes care of the shipment but not of the possible local expenses. 
The buyer will be responsible for all customs costs associated with the import of the product.
For customs reasons, the order may also be delayed.

Deliveries :

- Standard domestic delivery: 
Delivery time usually takes 1-7 days for order processing plus 1-3 business days from when the order is picked up by the courier. 

- International standard delivery:
Delivery time is usually 1-7 days for order fulfillment plus 5-6 business days from when the order is picked up by the courier.

- International shipping:
Delivery time is usually 1-7 days for order fulfillment plus 10-18 business days from when the order is picked up by the courier.
If the order is addressed to a country outside the European Union, it may be subject to payment of taxes, fees or other charges due to local or customs laws. NLS is responsible for shipping but not for any local charges. 
The buyer will be responsible for all customs charges associated with importing the product.
