Shipping & Returns

NLS ships worldwide with the following average delivery times:

Italy: 1-3 business days from the notification of shipping.

EU: 5-6 business days from the notification of shipping

Worldwide (extra EU): 10-15 business days from the notification of shipping

All items are print-on-demand in order to minimize waste and be as sustainable as possible. Please expect between 1 and 7 days for fulfilling the order. 

Worldwide shipping is calculated at checkout. Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a confirmation email along with a tracking number.
If any import or customs duties occur, they will be payable by the customer and not covered by NLS.

Returns & Size Change:

We accept returns within 30 days of receiving the order for unworn items with the tags intact. We also offer the possibility of changing sizes within 30 days.
